A company that I really like, Coldwater Creek, has begin using FEDEX Smartpost. I ordered two tee shirts a month ago,and they have yet to show up, lost in the deep and swirling voretx of FEDEx Smartpost.
I called FedEX and they never followed up. Coldwater Creek is great, but one of their customer service reps make a remark to the effect that other customers have complained about this lame service as well. I hope they drop it or they will lose customers.
Anytime you combine two very different transporation/delivery entities like this to create savings, it's bound to end in a moronic disaster.
