The driver delivered my packpage to the wrong address on a Friday. On saturday i reported it in, with FedEx stating that it was released at the concierge desk with no name.

My building does not have a concierge. They then zay that they'll begin their investigation on Monday as the driver is off during the weekends. Monday rolls around and I call at around 9am for an update.

They said that a message was left for the driver deemed urgent. 5 hours later i call once again with them saying that the driver has yet to respond and has lots of other packages to deliver and that it may take 24 to 48 hours to get a response

If they are telling you it may take a day or so to figure out, then wait for it instead of immediately complaining.
