I am outraged that Fed-Ex Employee's do not take there jobs a little more seriously especially during the Holiday Season!They are careless with other peoples things and then on top of that once the problem is already there they offer very little assistance to get the problem resolved in a timely manor.

If you don't like your job find something else!!!!! People's packages are important to them and important to the people receiving them! i would like to see you come to my house and explain to my 6 year old how Santa could have possibly lost her present!!! And see that heartbroken look on her face Christmas morning!!!

I normally don't order things offline and this has been a horrible experience! Thanks for screwing it up!

Totally agree Cristal! I've been waiting three days for an overnight delivery and still no dice. The tracking system is a joke and their employees have the worst attitude and very unhelpful.
