fedex lost my package,(i am the receiver of the item) after waiting 2 weeks for my package checking the tracking info everyday i called fexex, a rep told me that 1st they never recivied the package but on their web site it shows in it their hand. after they told me that i have to wait 21 days befor starting a case...

long story short they lost it and dont want to take the responsibility for their mess up

as of now im still waiting for fe ex to get back to me..

this is not the first time this has happen with fed ex...

that why i only use UPS when i ship.

Monetary Loss: $720.
