Online tracking says delivered--I was home all day & they never came.Turns out they delivered to another street.

Had the audacity to ask me to go pick up a very heavy pkg. I refused. Tried for hours to get online or ph. customer service to resolve.

Have had MANY probs. with their delivery service coming from Halethorpe, MD. Lousy personnel at every step of the way. Drivers have damaged goods by slamming them on my porch.

One even hit a driveway post.Why can't something be done for management to get this outfit functioning at a decent level.

Review about: Fedex Standard Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I liked: Nada.

I didn't like: Bs reason for failing to deliver on schedule, Fedex staff, Slow customer service, Continual poor service--failure to deliver to correct address, Runaround in reaching fedex via phone or email.

Obviously, FEDEX Halethorpe, MD has a serious problems. You reep what you sow, brother. When something crashes your little "world" remember this moment.
