I had my Fedex DT # 714843371538. While I always had someone waiting at home for the parcel, for once only Fedex's driver just left a slip in the hallway, without calling me or knocking at my door.

Then they refused to make any more deliveries and instead, they asked me to pick it up at their local station of zip code 11211. When I tried to ask for a second delivery, the representative even hang up the phone so rudely! As I further contacted them, they told me the parcel would be returned to shipper if not picked up by 2/23/17. But when I had to pick it up at their local station on 2/18, I was told that the parcel had already been returned the day before!

They even fabricated a false record of 4 deliveries that they had made! What a brazen lie!
