I called about having a package delivered late, a week later when my package was due for delivery i came home to a note on the door saying "Sorry We've Missed You". I called them back and told them that i had previously called ahead to get it delivered late, and the customer service lady told me that was only a request and that it had been denied.

I told her i wanted it today and she said the only way i could get it was by driving two miles out of my way to come pick it up. USE UPS NOT FED EX.

Monetary Loss: $3.
