The depot near the airport used to have good service, and the counter ladies were very helpful. No longer.

They screwup everything and can't get important information straight. Our packages are important, and they treat the customer as if they're doing us a favor. F**k 'em. If I have an important package, FedEx should treat the situation accordingly.

Potentially, all packages are important. But these slugs in Medford don't give a rip, and neither does their 800 FedEx line with foreign operators you can't understand. One frustrating instance after another with these jerks.

I'm just trying to get them to follow their own policies. What a boondoggle FedEx is!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Reply with written company policies on shipping, hold for pickup, et. al..

I didn't like: Customer service.
