Your driver delivered a toilet to my ELDERLY Mother's house Saturday and refused to bring it up the steps, saying that she didn't have a dolly. Shouldn't all DELIVERY trucks have one?
Instead, when my Mother asked her to use OUR dolly in the garage, your driver dumped the box and took off down the street, leaving a very heavy package RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE, BLOCKING MY MOTHER FROM GETTING OUT OF THE HOUSE!!! After making SEVERAL phone calls for assistance/resolution and getting absolutely none, moving forward, we will be diligent in utilizing any other delivery service in the future.
This person wrote the review because of "problem with delivery and poor customer service, which resulted in us paying someone else to move the package from blocking the garage." at FedEx. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $30 and wants FedEx to offer any options to resolve the issue.
