This is the 2nd time in 2 months that FedEx has burned me. 1st time was at Christmas when I got their catch all excuse "delivery exception".

Repeated phone calls, speaking to managers at their "go fedex" number AND at the local delivery center, did absolutely nothing to get my package here before Christmas. What really gripped me was their cavalier attitude. No one gave a ***. I even emailed the BIG DOG of customer service at the corporate office and got back a response telling me I needed to contact 1-800-gofedex!

Now its happening again. Same bull, different day.

I'm going to avoid using them as much as possible even if I have to pay more! Probably cheaper using USPO or UPS anyway.
