I had a package sent to me via FedEx Ground from out of state. FedEx will only deliver ground during the week, 8 AM to 8 PM, but you can't pick the time and can't ask for weekend delivery.

I left a signed note for the driver to leave the package or deliver after 5:30 after the first missed delivery (I'm at work M-F 8-5!). Next day, another missed delivery tag, with circles and 5 arrows drawn around 'signature required'. Really? So rude.

So I called customer service. Can't reschedule, can't reroute. Can send it to some storefront 10 miles away. Thanks a load.

Done with FedEx, no stars, will not use again.
