I was expecting a package today which requires my signature and so I waited at home all day for it. I then received an email saying that Fedex missed me.

How can that be when I was home waiting for it? I didn't receive a call from Fedex saying that they were trying to deliver the package. Because it's the holidays, I'm heading out of town tomorrow and the best Fedex can do is hold the package for me for when I return. This is not the first time this has happened.

How hard is it to call your customer when you are attempting to deliver the package? I'd be happy to even come outside and get it!

I then called FedEx customer service and talked to the most incompetent fool. What a frustrating experience.

FedEx drivers do not have company cellphones. Does the UPS call you when you have a delivery?
