My package has not arrived yet, it was due by the 14th of August, and I still have not received it. Now this is about the 5th time this has happened since March, I've had to wait anywhere from 2 days to 6 weeks past delivery day, but this time is worse cas it costed me an additional$300.00 cas it's a part for my car and I needed it by a certain day, now we've called, and we managed to track it to a local facility and to no avail, the girl behind the counter said she couldn't find it, and the manager ducked out of sight cas he heard my husband's tone of voice now if he would be any kind of manager he should have stepped over and spoke to him and try to actually resolve and help but he didn't so the tracking number is 612909****522439****, I shouldn't have to keep doing this, when I did speak to a representative he said he was going to put a trace on it, and he would call me after 96 hrs, and nothing and now I can't even get a rep on the phone, the automated system says they can't connect to a rep try back later, so the facility that it was tracked to is 3151 S. East Ave Fresno CA, please look into this, I'm going to end up filling a claim if this is not resolved, and reordering and another$300.00 I need this part for medical appointments in another city
User's recommendation: If you can't afford to wait additional time for a delivery then it should be fine, but if you need it right away then don't use FedEx, at this point I can't even rate them this is rediculous.
