Fedex online shipment tracking is useless. I tried to track my shipment and the info was not updated for 3 days in a row.

Why can't Fedex attempt to do a better job at undating shipping info online so people can track their packages? This has happened to me alone 3 times in the past couple of months. It appears I am wasting time using Fedex online tracking of my packages.

Another thing, why do I have to enter 100 words in my description of what happened regarding my complaint of Fedex online tracking? You sure don't seem to care about this since it's been an ongoing problem according to all the various complaints I've seen online.
