Why does FedEx hire phone reps that don't speak English? It's bad enough they can't deliver a package on time, but then they have to make it even more difficult by having an ESL staffer answer the phones.
But they have no problems lying: one service rep claimed the warehouse was closed (before 4pm during the Christmas rush??) but that they would attempt to deliver on a Sunday. Really? I told him I'd give him a million dollars if FedEx came on a Sunday. Stay tuned.
This is the second package they've lost in 3 weeks. Hello UPS?
