This service sucks!My 13 year old sons Halloween costume was dropped off in Kansas City to be sent to the post office.
It arrived on 10/14/17 and information was sent to the post office and a manifest was generated. It was not until 10/18/17 that the package was sent out for delivery to the USPS Smart Post. What in the *** is going on with this. My sons school dance is TOMORROW...and no costume.
Today is 10/18/17. Why in the *** did my package, or anyone else's for that matter, sit in a truck or on a dock for 5 days before being sent to the post office? This is bull ***. Be glad I am using minimal cuss words, cause my brain is SCREAMING out a whole lot more.
