I have been trying to find my missing packages for over 10 days now! They were supposedly delivered by a FedEx ground but I have not received them!

There are seven items with the same tracking number which is 926 129****312131****99. His packages are coming from China from a company called wish / cute. I have attempted to reach out to your company as well as wish, and have gotten absolutely nowhere! Just a complete run around from the both of you!

I'm very very very irritated! I can prove that I did not receive these packages, because of my surveillance system. Absolutely nothing has been brought to this address! I want to talk to a real life person and not somebody text messaging or virtual help!

It would be nice if I could even talk to the driver and find out where he or she miss delivered my items! I have done everything else possible to try to find these items and let me repeat myself when I say I've had no help from you! If this is a way FedEx operates then I will go back to UPS! I want some resolution!

My phone number is 406-595-****. If I do not answer call back immediately and I will!

I need your help please. This is your error, now it's time to step up!
