I am flying with my pet on Monday the sept 5th 2016 and fedex has a package from usda which I will be needing for my travel.I did a fedex overnight delivery.
when I created the label I did not check for saturday delivery, so I called so many agents. One agent named Talandria said she upgraded my package for saturday delivery. The package is in the ship center 3.9 miles from my home and they wont deliver it or let me pick it up. They say its in a bag and they dont have the authorization to hand it over.
I really need these document for my flight.Can somebody help out.
This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Fedex. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $1000 and wants Fedex to have the product delivered.
