If I had only known that the "free" shipping I was to receive from the online vendor would be such a nightmare with Fed Ex, I would have gone elsewhere.Pending Shipment for days, incompetent customer service reps and supervisors, could not get a hold of anyone at the White Marsh facility to track the package, total run-around about the busy time of the holidays.
They were not able to transfer a call to a supervisor, would not allow me to pick up my package, and would not give out the address of the shipping warehouse.Will never use them again!
