I am a buyer for Hilton Hotels, so we use Fedex all the time. NEVER have they arrived to pick-up a package for return due to an error they/'someone' made in the first place.

we have had merchandise packed and ready to go for 2-5 months. Finally told them I was just going to toss it out the door...that's when they showed up. Zero integrity...Fedex only about the buck not the item or customer. The worst I've experienced.

UPS or DHL all the way.

Even US postal is better!! calling does not help
