Worst Experience i ever had!With reference to tracking number AWB#724678421352 there is no tracking updation for the shipment.

There is no transparency as no one is giving the clear scenario! Every time different people receiving the call and tells all together different status! Package got clear from customs on 6th of January 2017 and now its been 3 days and i have not receiving response. Previously also when the package was under custom Mr.

Santanu Chowdhury(Fedex), Tarak Das(FEDEX), Rohit Ghosh(Fedex) along with Mr. Sanjiv Paul(Jeena & Company), and Uttam(SUMANA SHIPPING AGENCY). misguided us and told us wrong updates because of which we had paid fine of Rs.

35000/-(Approx) to customs for realising the shipment.We request proper investigate for this particular shipment.
