I filed a claim three weeks ago with fed ex. A $700 amplifier that had $50 dollars of damage.
Simple Right? I called and they sent me a Pre-populated form. I filled out the missing information and I emailed it back with all the information and pictures that I had available. Today I received my amp back repaired but I had to pay the repairs waiting for FedEx.
Today I called and was informed the agents that handle claims would not talk with me since there was no claim. So basically they didn't file the claim the email went to nowhere and I have to start all over again thanks for nothing.
I used Fedex because the company that I sent the Amp to suggested them. Not again going back to UPS>
Monetary Loss: $87.
