Every Time I need to sign for a FedEx Ground Package, the driver just leaves a door tag and then drives away.He never knocks or anything!!

I have called the customer service center listed on the door tag several times and filed several complaints with them regarding my driver and this issue. They never seem to care or even try to remedy the situation. I never CHOOSE FedEx for this reason. They are the worst shipping company in the US.

They don't care about their customers and they have no system in place to ensure ANY customer satisfaction.

You cannot even talk to a local representative or store to have them give you information.UPS is by far the better choice.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Driver.
