FedEx claims they are not responsible for a lost package because driver claimed to have left package at door. It's to customer fault because box 4 on shipping form was left blank giving thre chooses on "Delivery Signature Options".

It's the responibity of the customer to complete the form. They don't seem to have a problem accepting the correct amount of money. FedEx never called to explain the status of my claim and the woman in the claims dept was obnoxious. When I asked I do you know that the driver delivered the shippment she said how do I know you didn't receive it.

This is a bad company and I recommend anyone to use UPS or the USPO.
