Paid to deliver some job material related for a big job that its deadline is tomorrow morning. The package was supposed to arrive at 10am.. its 6pm, finally arrived at the airport. I put a hold on it to pick it up, now they cannot do that until morning! They did not meet the purple promise to satisfy the customer and their customer service is far from professional and very inefficient employees from the representative all the way up to the manager of 29 years. Very upset and very disappointed! This next day delivery cost me over $2,000.00. Rather spend more money with other shipping companies.
