The manufacture sent my package with the wrong address. When I realized I hadn't received it after the committed time, I called up Fedex to find out why it was still stuck in transit.
I spoke to 8 different agents. I was put on hold for 30-50mins each time while they 'looked' for my package at the Long Island City center. They assured me personally that my correct address was now listed and that my package would be out on the delivery truck the next day. Every agent said that!
Every new agent told me the address was wrong, could i give the correct one! I spoke to three different agents at the Long Island City center. They all saw the package! I have a case number, many many calls of the same story.
But I have still not got my package!
I am in a time loop. It is driving me crazy.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Worse customer service.
