Friday 7/7/17 I was expecting a package from HP which was next day delivery by FedEx. I checked later in the evening to see what the status of my delivery was and it showed delivered at 11:42 AM.

Funny thing is that I was home and no one showed up to my door. I called customer service and was basically told too bad, we'll contact the driver on Monday. The last I knew telephone service is still available here in the United States.

After reading numerous bad reviews of this company, I suggest that any time that you see a FedEx truck breaking the driving rules, make notes and turn it in to the police. Let's hit this company in the pocketbook and perhaps maybe they'll start listening to the consumer instead of the cavalier attitude that exists currently.

Product or Service Mentioned: Fedex Priority Overnight Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Delivery not made.

If you don't hear from or receive delivery on Monday, contact HP and tell them what happened plus immediately dispute the charge with your credit card issuer. Your filing a dispute will cost HP the "dispute fee" if nothing else.
