Package to be delivered on Dec. 31.
It wasn't, so I set up delivery time. Still wasn't delivered when time was set up. On the phone with reps for the last five days. Supposed to be delivered today.
When I received an email stating another delivery exception. Called again. The rep said no one was home. I star here all day.
The rep then tells me it is up to the driver whether or not to deliver since they had already tried three times. I guess it doesn't matter that I have been on the phone with reps all week and assured it would be delivered today.
I guess it doesn't matter that they are paid to deliver. I guess they can decide when and if they deliver a package.
