I tried to have a printer shipped to me and because of the overload of packages before Christmas, instead of saying it would be delayed, they lied.The first time I called to check on the package, they said they attempted delivery, but no one was home.

(I was home all day.) The second time, they said "the business was closed". (Again, I was home all day.) Remarkable, as the delivery was to the same address, a residence. Neither time did they leave notice of attempted delivery. Finally, they told the sender that we were blacklisted due to an "altercation".

Never told us that, and in fact, we received several other packages from them during that time.

They sent my printer back to the sender!It's almost two weeks since I ordered it - no printer, no apology, all I get from Fedex is escalating lies and not the service I paid for.

still no resolution from Fedex. They won't respond to my complaints.
