I was supposed to receive a shipment last week, but no delivery was made during the day. When I checked the tracking page the next day, it said a delivery attempt was made at 8:30PM, was past business hours!

I scheduled for redelivery the following day, and again absolutely no one from FedEx came around. On the tracking page, it said that "customer was not available." What a lie. There was no mistake on the destination address either. Now I am going requesting to hold the package at a nearby facility and pick it up myself.

Hopefully these incompetent people can at least get that right. FedEx FAIL.
