when I learned that the tentative delivery was not as listed on the tracking information I contacted customer service to have package held at HUB so I could pick it up since I would NOT be home, the request was refused. I even contacted Sony to have them change delivery to pick-up.

Now I just learned that your company employees contracted trucks thus no one can explain whether my delivery is last on the route.

So now this is going to be a catch me when you can I have appointments to keep!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why does it have to be so hard to get help from your company???
