I ordered a item for vacation on Thursday I paid 20 dollars more for shipping because it said it would get to me in two days but of course they don't include Saturdays which i thought they did considering they deliver on Saturdays but apparently i was wrong. It would be one thing if they even tried to help me get the package but every single person in customer service is LAZY and wont go above their job and help.

I even offered to stop the package and I would drive to pick it up but that wasn't even an option.

They promote on their webpage if you need the package sooner you can stop the package and pick it up but according to customer service that service does not exist in their company. LAST TIME I EVER USE FED EX!

Monetary Loss: $50.
