Tracked package from shipper and noted delivery was made. No package on door step so reported same to FedEx customer support.

Thirty-six hours later was told the same thing during the first call; "we are sending a driver out to find the package". Wonder how long it takes to send an incompetent driver to repeat the same mistake?

Anyway, explained the problem to the shipper and advised to find another shipping firm as this is not the first time FedEx has dropped the ball for me. Another well known firm has yet to fail making a delivery, so enough said.

Monetary Loss: $50.
