asking for refund since fed ex guy suggested to get a refund since return of package for ground delivery would be another billing. Call 800 # people cannot solve problem lack of supervisions-manager will not talk to me since mgr.no idea.was told

transaction is open and no movement.Paid cash but had to wait until ?????since nobody knows when.Never will I pay cash with Fedex,again.-I cannot understand why they have to open transaction when it was requested for a refund and let customer wait and pissed him off,I think this is the way they do customer service- pissed ex
