I am going through a nightmare. FedEx customer service is the worst. I paid $100 to ship to India from UAE, it is already delayed by 7 days, and no help from FedEx. I have sent 7 emails to India FedEx customer service and made multiple calls, no response. They don't even reply back to your emails. It's like "thanks for your money, now ***k off". This company is living in stone age. My suggestion - stay away from FedEx.

People who sit in In house clearance team is useless people who dint bother to reply on email nor pick call or call back.

They should be in some Govt office where they do not work always be away.

This reviewer shared experience about "no updates on my shipment, no call back, no emails, repeated calls to support no luck as of now." and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Fedex. The most disappointing about fedex delivery service at Fedex was lack of accountability and shipment or customer service rep Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
