Customer service

So I have received two emails that my package would be delivered on 1/5/17. Plans were made to receive the package due to it's cost.

At 4:30 PM 1/5/17 I received an email saying that my package would be delivered on 1/6/17. Huge issue now due to brothers surgery is scheduled that day. So I called Fedex when I received the late delivery notice on 1/5/17. Girl said she would contact the delivery site and have it delivered in the morning due to my appointment issue with brother and that they would call me in the morning.

Gee, guess what, no one called. I called twice again trying to get some kind of information but all I got each time was the same line of fluff. NO SUPPORT AT ALL!!! I will be delivering as much info on how bad it is to deal with Fedex!!!

And as much as I can. Avoid Fred!!!

I didn't like: Claim denials are business hallmark, Very poor customer service.
