Despite of indefinite follow ups these worst courier guys never made it happen.

I wanted to present a gift to my fiancee and Order Sony Xperia Z2 online. Retailer shipped it on 26th May 2014 using Fedex Priority Overnight and the tracking history says the shipment is in destination facility from 28th May 2014 till date.

I have raised all complaints and did multiple follow ups and still no progress.

I am seriously pissed off with them and I will never again do business with them for known reasons.

Every day when I call customer care they promise "Today it will be delivered for sure".. "we have raised the complaint".. "our team is investigating on this".... flawless repsonse..no definite time or contact for resolution.

Totally pathetic service....highly discouraged...

Monetary Loss: $877.

I fully agree with you. Its best not to use fedex
