I was to be sent a package from a company, shipment was delivered t0 wrong address. Requested second shipment, package was sent to wrong address again.
Spoke with customer service, they failed to call me back in timely manner.After multiple calls by myself I was returned a call and told i would receive my package , but have not yet. Had to get a 3rd part to call on my behalf due to non service. Was told by the company that carrier was at fault and the company sent him back to the wrong address to leave "notes" on the unknown persons door to return package. Was given a call by voicemail said that they were sorry but nothing that they could do, that I must call the vendor to resend a 3rd package.
Waiting on 3rd shipment from same vendor, hopefully it will come.
I fear retaliation for complaining. Although, FEDEX is at fault 100%.
