My shipment came in a day before the "scheduled" delivery date but was noted as "shipment not due for delivery". Of course I emailed FedEx to inquire or at least send a feedback that this is definitely an area of opportunity for them.
Did they care? NOPE! Their response was that it was scheduled until day end the next day. Well I know that!
But why let the shipment sit there instead of loading it to the truck and get it delivered and out of your way? If they actually thought about the customer, they would've loaded it to the truck since it's obviously already on site.
Usually the FedEx guy is here before lunch, now it's after lunch and no delivery. Must already be the holidays...SMH.
