Fedex will not deliver to my apt, delivers to office. Leaves no notice on my door which leaves me to belive they made no effort to knock on door.
This is a pattern. This is on shipments from Amazon. I tried to resolve this with Amazon but got conflicting answers to my questions or no answer at all. It was like talking to a politician.
I do not have the problem with items shipped with UPS.
I am at a loss as to why Amazon will not help their customer and allow me to delete Fedex as a shipper. This should be a customer option.
