I called fedex cagayan de oro branch to ask about my package which was already delayed for 2days.I told them my situation that i need it ASAP coz those are important documents i needed for visa purposes from the US.
I was expecting an apologetic response but instead the fedex guy raised his voice saying they didnt get the international shipment yet and didnt know what to do! Its very frustrating when the people u expect answers from are dumb *** themselves.
They need to be reprimanded and fedex should know about this!I will never recommend this company to anyone!
