August 23, 2013 went into the store to mail a package, make copies, and send my grandson a birthday gift. At first I was ignored I moved from counter to counter without assistance for at least 10 minutes.
Finally when I did get help the manger came and proceeded to take the package I was sending to my grandson and packed it with extra paper which I believe it did not need.
The next issue was the return of a cell phone to t-Mobile he put the package on the scale and charged me 1.20 to return a BOX to T-Mobile that had a return label on it . At the end of the day I ended up spending 23.00 and spending 30 -45 minutes in a store that I should have only been there 10 -15 minutes and out 23.00 with slow disrespectful customer service.
