I had a delivery scheduled for 11/7/2017 that showed on FedEx website.The date it was to be delivered I had a feeling that it wasn't going to show.
I called fedex and was told that I need to contact them to schedule the delivery even though there was nothing on their website to tell me to contact them. My package sat in their distribution center for 4 days with out them contacting me at all. Talk about poor customer service. I also called the fedex 1800 number to see if I could pickup the package there but was told I couldn't.
After contacting the distribution center I found out I could do a will call.
The rep that I talked to told me it happens all the time but corp.won't do anything about it.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
