FedEx tracking shows item shipped from Naples, Italy and arrived at FedEx location + "International shipment release-import" Memphis, TN. Received email from FedEx with estimated delivery date.

THEN, nothing for 30 days! Phoned FedEx every day: lost in warehouse. It's a big search. Will take 2 days per station, and policy states they will search 3 last stations, allowing minimum 48 hours per station to search.

Manager not available, too busy. Cannot guarantee call back time. Every minute we are on phone takes time away from search.

Just a sampling of what Fed Ex employees and managers said on the phone. The business practices are avoid, divert, misdirect...PLEASE just admit that my priceless work of art is lost AND let's move forward with you compensating me for my loss.
