Three packages were shipped at the Fedex location. All three boxes were measured and weighed.
We were given the receipt. The actual price of one of the box that we were charged was higher. We called to dispute and was told that the store receipt was a quote. We asked how could it be a quote when the actual box was measured and the two more boxes were correct.
The customer service hang up the phone. That was extremely wrong and rude. How could Fedex and the person get away with this.
Fedex misrepresents their company's service and image to customers. How could rude customer service with poor performance get away?
