I paid for overnight delivery and it has now been 3 days and package is still missing in the Fedex abyss. The tracking information shows that it arrived in a city 10 miles from my house and loaded on a truck, but I have yet to receive it.
It now shows that it was checked in at the sorting facility in OH where it first originated. I called customer service and they could provide no information and stated that I had to wait yet another 12 hours and call back. Terrible Customer Service!!!!
How can a company promise overnight delivery and take astronomical shipping fees, yet not know where packages are? How does an overnight company the size of Fedex not have people available 24x7 working these issues?
