We had an overnight shipment in route. Missed signing for package by 20 minutes, FedEx returned to their office 50 miles away. FedEx somehow, they said, screwed up scanning the package, says they can't deliver it for one more week, because the data can't be changed in their system. This, is insane.
Three calls now to FedEx trying to straighten this out. Now, they say they can make notes to the driver, but can't guarantee shipment until one week out!
What has happened to FedEx, even their online tracking system is screwed up for this package, wrong dates showing. One person we spoke to could hardy speak English, and just kept repeating the same message over and over again like reading from a script. This, is the last time we will trust FedEx for overnight shipments.
