I purchased online a mirror from Meyer Blue through Ebay. It was
delivered a day Later than scheduled by FedEx. When I opened the
box , the mirror was broken. Contacted the seller. they arranged
a p/u with FedEx. This was three weeks ago. I have been promised
numerous times they would show up to do their job. I have remained at home constantly, to no avail. When checking online i see lies about package wasn't ready, or no one. This is sad.
I always hear about the Post Office not being competent
Are you kidding me ?
I'm now sitting here waiting for a call back from the office.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
