Parce was to be sent to PO BOX. Received a postcard to call 610-362-4700. Called number and gave street address and was promised that the parcel would be delivered the next daY. After waiting until 2:30 PM EST, called that number again and was told:
- PARCEL NOT SHIPPED
- THE PERSON WAS THE MANAGER AND THE ONLY PERSON AT THE LOCATION
- UNABLE TO ASSIST ME
I guess this is the normal level for FedEx customer disservice.
Called complaint number - person less than receptive to a complaint. Requested parcel be sent back to sender. I want nothing to do with FedEx - EVER.
