I sent a package from California to Guadalajara, Mexico on Wednesday for next day delivery. It should have been delivered no later than Friday and has not been delivered. It will be delivered on Monday ( maybe)

They charged $72 for a very light package, less than half a pound. It contains only correspondence/letters

I year ago I sent a similar package and I paid $40

So FedEx is now charging almost double And delivering whenever they feel like

Trying to talk to somebody is next to impossible, people will answer the phone an the tell you to call a different number

Way to go FedEx ! You will Have no clients before you know

Product or Service Mentioned: Fedex Delivery Service.

Monetary Loss: $72.

The reason that FED-EX keeps getting away with this type of fraudulant, illegal, price gouging etc., etc. is because no one files complaints against them.

File a complaint with The Department of Justice in your state, The FTC, The Consumer Affairs Department for unfair business practices,The Better Business Bureau (they hate this because depending on how the complaint goes they will not get an A rating but much less a rating or take them to small claims because they basically breached their contract with you by not doing what was in writing. If enough complaints are filed against them then that is when they really start to wise up.

That means they are going to have to pay lots of money in a Class Action Law Suit and it would serve them right! Corruption is what drives "Corporate America" and its going to *** them in the ASSSSSSS BiG TiMe.
